You shall have complete ownership of the material that we create for you and supply in accordance with the parameters agreed upon. We will have no copyright on the content, and you are free to publish and use it as you see fit.

Payment

All services listed on the website require 100% upfront payment. The customer is responsible for any transaction fees and taxes (where applicable).

Revisions

We provide unlimited changes to delivered work, as long as requests are submitted within 7 days of the work being delivered and, in exceptional situations, within 14 days. All modification requests will be fulfilled in accordance with the order’s urgency, with a typical minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

Revision turnaround times based on urgency:

For orders with up to 24 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time is 24 hours.
For orders with 24–48 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
For orders of 48 hours and above, the revision turnaround time is 72 hours.

Project requirements

Before beginning a project, all project requirements will be reviewed with the client. Service-level disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and requirements agreed at the start of the project, these terms and conditions, and reasonable business practices.

Refund policy

Author Central Profs addresses concerns and complaints in accordance with the following terms of use. Website users, partners, clients and customers are encouraged to review this statement; in the event of partial or complete disagreement with the terms and conditions stated, we recommend immediately ceasing use of the website and/or the services listed.

Author Central Profs does not offer partial or complete refunds on a sample and/or bulk order.
Author Central Profs does not offer partial or complete refunds in the event a website user and/or customer starts, contributes to and/or joins a negative narrative against the company, online or offline.
Should a customer feel the need to terminate the use of the services within three (03) months from the date of paid services, a refund is applicable provided the customer did not avail a discount at the time of account registration.
30% of the total amount will be reimbursed to the client in case of a change of mind due to any financial or personal reason, or any reason not related to the project.

We offer refunds only in special cases and under specified conditions. Refund requests are accepted through info@authorcentralprofs.com; any requests made outside this channel are considered null and void.

Author Central Profs reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request in accordance with the aforementioned terms of use. Website users and customers are encouraged to check back periodically to stay informed of changes. These terms and conditions — as amended from time to time — constitute the entire agreement and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written) between the company and website users/customers.
